The rates below are for reservations 60 days or longer. Electricity is billed back based on usage. Water, sewer & Wifi are included in the price. Please feel free to give us a call with any futher questions!

All RV’s must be in Good Shape, Manager Reserves Right to Refuse Service and may request further information/pictures prior to approval/acceptance into the Resort.
For monthly stays over 2 months guests must complete the screening process which includes an application, background and credit check.
Complete & pass tenant screening via an outside screening service, there is a $43.00 fee payable to the screening service.
-$200 Deposit (Goes towards first month), this Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 30-days before scheduled arrival date
-Provide at time of arrival the following: ID (Driver’s License, State Issued ID or Passport) for occupants over 18 years of age,
–Proof of valid RV Insurance (i.e., Declaration Page) which must include full-timers insurance and a copy of current valid RV Registration.
-Stay a minimum of TWO full months to qualify for the monthly rate, stays less than 2 months will not be at the reduced monthly rate.
