Important Information - Additional Fees and Taxes - Deposits
Base Site Fee Includes: 1 RV, 2 Adults, 1 Personal Vehicle
+$5.00/day/person over 2 guests for nightly/weekly reservations, applies to guests 6 Years of Age or Older
+$2.00/day/dog - 3 dogs max for nightly/weekly reservations
Deposit: A deposit equal to 1 night per 7 nights stay. (ie: 8+ day reservation equals 2-night deposit required, 15+ day reservation equals 3-night deposit required)
Transient Occupancy Tax: A transient occupancy tax of 12% applies
Reservations: A credit card is required to hold all reservations with one night's deposit* charged for each reservation made
Cancellations: A $20.00 cancellation fee* - *Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page; This policy is also located on all Confirmation emails
